TIE Interceptor

Distinctively angled, solar-paneled wings lend a dagger-like appearance to this single-pilot fighter, which the Galactic Empire used to its advantage most heavily in defense of the second Death Star at the Battle of Endor. TIE interceptors proved more maneuverable than the standard TIE fighters while offering better visibility. The craft's attack strength doubles that of the older Imperial fighter as well, with powerful laser cannons mounted on each of the TIE interceptor's four wings.
