Y-Wing Starfighter

With its one-seat shielded canopy backed by a pair of ion jet engines, the BTL-A4 Y-Wing Starfighter proved a rugged and reliable weapon for pilots of the Rebel Alliance. First featured in the 1977 film Star Wars: A New Hope, these iconic spacecraft played a key role in the rebel attack against--and destruction of--the Galactic Empire's ultimate weapon, the Death Star orbital battle station.
